We are proud to announce that together with WERTGRUND and Hammer have established ourselves as the PropTech Joint Venture RAAY Real Estate. Our objective is to develop and provide blockchain-based products and services to the real estate industry. In other words: RAAY RE – Levering blockchain to disrupt the real estate industry.

RAAY Real Estate, a Joint Venture on equal terms  between Datarella, WERTGRUND and Hammer,  is headquartered in Munich, Germany. Through this new PropTech outlet, the three partners deliver innovative solutions to the European real estate market. Both, WERTGRUND and Hammer, are well-established real estate companies with strong financial backgrounds. We are starting the venture with a tokenization product for an existing premium commercial real estate object right in the city center of Munich. On the basis of its RAAY Digital Operating System, RAAY Real Estate designs the token, builds a platform for the token sale, and adds other products and services, allowing for new business models and streamlining complex inefficient processes in the real estate industry.
